WIND 3G GSM Scanner The WIND 3G GSM Scanner is able to detect co-channel GSM signals at unprecedented carrier to interference ratios. Wider Networks’ scanner is able to detect GSM base station signals as low as 18 dB below the total channel power. This means that the coverage of each GSM base station can more thoroughly be determined.
